Well we have officially finished our first week here in Florida. Its been full of fun, excitement, missing home, HEAT, HUMIDITY, and just 'us' time. Daniel has gotten along with his internship really good so far and Cinch & I are getting used to not being to really play outside. He found the fire ants this week and hopefully learned to stay away from them if that is even possible. We have seen alligators and went swimming here at the ranch and also at the ocean.
The ranch sits in between St Cloud and Melbourne Florida. Our house is 6 miles off the main highway. While you are on a ranch it isn't like out West. We pretty much live in a small subdivision of ranch employees. Also town isn't that far away. St Cloud (comparable to Logan) is 30 minutes and Melbourne where we go to the ocean/ beach (comparable to Ogden) is only 20 minutes. So we are alive and doing well. We haven't been on too many adventures yet - but we have plenty of time for that.
(A quick view of one of the pastures- if you look close you can see cows in the distance and yes those are palm trees in the cow pasture- just weird.)
(On our way to the ocean it felt like we were in a movie driving with these huge palm trees in the middle of the road- and all you back home be grateful for middle turn lanes- I don't know who designed these roads but they are just not right)
We went to the Ocean/Beach today. Cinch loved that water and wasn't scared at all. It made people around us nervous that he wasn't scared when waves crashed over him. It was so fun to body surf in the waves and just play by the Ocean- something we have never done before. We looked for Africa mom & dad but we just couldn't see you today.

I love the beach pictures. Cinchy is such a cute beach bum!
Yay for Florida! Im thinking the beach you are on is the one I played on as a kid. If you want a fabulous place to eat, go to Titusville its not too far and go to Dogs R Us. It has the best hot wings...mmmm i miss them so much. PS your hunch about my last post is correct there is a little buggar in the picture :) Cinch will have a play buddy!
Way to Go Cinchee! Hazel would have loved to have been there. We already miss you, but are excited about your new adventure. Kind of like those old books each path leads to a different ending!
We are so excited for your new adventure. Love the beach pictures. I would go everyday if I could. Love you cutie pies.
