Cinch was pretty excited to go on a field trip and ride on the bus, until he had a substitute the day of the field trip. But he was brave and went. All the PK- 4 graders got to head to the pumpkins patch an hour away.
He was so excited to show us the bumpy pumpkin he had picked.
The teachers had great stories to tell about this pumpkin. Each kid was told they could pick any pumpkin, but they had to get it back to the bus, without help. Cinch being Cinch of course picked a huge one. But they said he would alternate rolling and carrying it, and made it the 1/2 mile to the bus.
Each week the local paper does a spotlight on some of the preschool kids. Our neighbors, surprised us with Cinch's cut out of his huge tower!
