General Conference

General Conference weekend was awesome.

So nice to be able to sit at home and watch church- instead of Sunday being a 5-8 hr church day.

Our Internet worked great again and turned the couch around so we were cozy while we listened to all the sessions.

Luckily Daniel was able to schedule what work needed to be done in between the morning and afternoon session on Saturday.

Cinch put a picture on everyone he heard talk- but he was most excited to see his President Monson. He LOVES to hear him talk or find pictures of him in the Friend.

Another highlight was the temple announcements. This is one of My FAVORITE parts of conference. We were shocked and speechless that my mom and dad's mission is finally getting a temple in CONGO, Africa. I really couldn't take it in. Those people will be so blessed to not have to travel a million miles to receive temple blessings.

During Priesthood Session- Cinch took me on a date, but I drove. We were going to eat at McDonald's- but as we passed our towns Italian Restaurant he told me NOODLES and PIZZA. I couldn't complain Italian over McDonald's was wonderful. We watched the Huskers game with all the rowdy people and then we went to Dolphin Tale movie. Cinch had really wanted to see it, and it was the only kids movie at the theater that weekend. It was also our 1st 3D movie, The 3D scared Cinch a little bit, but he loved the movie.

It was a great conference weekend as a family.
