"What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life - to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories." --- George Eliot

Flat Jed

My nephew Jed had a "flat Stanley" project from his 3rd grade class- From the book where Stanley gets smashed by a bulletin board but finds out he can travel and go on more adventures this way.

So we received a Flat Jedidiah in the mail to visit the cattle ranch with us a few days. It was pretty fun to try and think of stuff that the kids would think was cool- and dress Flat Jed with his own boots, hat and rope. And we had to send him back in a red Nebraska Cornhuskers shirt to win extra point from his teacher.

We love Flat Stanley and your Flat Jed! Cinch looks so much older! When did he get so big?
