Holiday for a Week

So we were able to get away for a week after Christmas so we decied to go back to Utah and Idaho to visit family and friends. Our trip started out on Christmas we opended presents and caked the calves took done the tree and decided the weather was nice we had better get a trucking cuz we had a ways to go before the fun could begin. So we left Christmas day about 11:30 AM and headed out for Elwood and luckily the state of Wyoming felt like its Christmas present could be good weather so we made the trip from our house in Nebraska to Papa John and GranDixie house in a whopping 9 1/2 hours.
We were happy that sunday was the next day because church didn't start till 11 so we were able to sleep in and going to church only took five minutes which was nice. We visited with family and relaxed it wa a perfect Sunday.
Monday morning found us starting the marathon since we were close to big towns we decided we had better make the most of it so off we went to shop and look but we had to be back by four to help with the annual Baxter Family Home Evening which was to be held at were Josie worked it's called the Peak and it is a huge gym with trampolines and balance beams and a giant foam pit and the big hit a zip line that even Cinch got in on it was hard to tell what was his favorite to play on he seemed to just love it all so thank you all that made it possible because it was a great family home evening with all the Baxter family.
Tuesday found us getting to sleep in something that we don't get to do very often like probably never. Then we visted with family and got ready to go get Jesse Mae's hair cut being she hadn't had the chance to get a real haircut since about year ago so she was rathered excited about that during the haircut Cinch and I went to see Hazel but we ended up falling asleep on the bean bag watching Toy Story 3 if any could believe that. Luckily I didn't sleep to long and made it back to get Jesse Mae and went back and The little ones were still sleeping when we got back so we had a chance to visit with Josie and the the little ones awoke and got to play and then it was on to Logan to visit with Jami and her family where Cinch we were told won the dance off on the Wii which we were very proud of him being his cousins all dance.  It was a grand day thank you to all for the fun day.
Wednesday morning found us getting ready for our last day in Utah being we were headed to Idaho on Thursday. It started off with me putting new brake pads on the front brakes of our truck something we weren't playing on but the brakes started making noises that said change me know. After the brake changing Papa John, Jeffery who had been helping me and I went to moving snow being how winter had set in over night. After the brake change back to Logan we went to finish our errands and to attend the temple which was very nice. The snow wasn't weakening so we got to enjoy a true Utah winter day. The big downfall of the snow was that we had planned on having a friend dinner at Jake and Susan's house but because of the snow we were four friends short in Ty, Jeanie, Coulter, and Hadley. We missed them very much but it was nice to get to see at least part of our friends so thank you Jake and Susan for dinner.
Thursday found us packing the truck and getting ready for the drive to Island Park to see my family. The snow had quit and the roads cleared so off we went to the mountians and the land of snow. We arrived to find a full house of not only my siblings but my grandparents and aunts and a cousin and his little family. So we chatted and opened family gifts and then played a game called Dicecapades that Jesse Mae had found and o boy was it fun I would recomend it even any one is in need of a fun game.
Friday was a day of fun in the sun with
