The past week was literally... trying to get back on the right time zone- adjusted to wearing socks and shoes, pants and coats. Did you know if you have only wore flip flops for 7+ months it hurts to wear real shoes again-- just an fyi. Monday was spent finalizing over 35 pages of reports for Daniel to turn in. All week long Daniel has been back at work in Paradise either helping with the cows or taking shoes off of all the horses and trimming their hooves for winter. Cinch & I went with him 2 days which was nice to be outside doing work. We caught up with some family members, visited my dear grandma, did a little Christmas shopping and had dinner with our FHE friends. Cinch now has snow boots and pants to go with his coat, gloves and hat. Also spent a day and a half mending clothes it's hard to go without a sewing machine for 4 1/2 months. Daniel and Cinch have spent most of their time out in the snow. Daniel built Cinch a sledding hill like Hazel's- except he went a little too steep.
Today the boys had fun riding horses and riding in the sled behind one of our horses as I pulled them. It was really foggy here so the pictures are fuzzy.
