Our drive from Utah to Nebraska was quite pleasant not pulling a cargo trailer, and well honestly I slept alot! We pushed the boys to their limits and didn't stop for lunch until almost 2pm in Cheyenne. Right out of Cheyenne my phone beeped with a hail and flash flood warning. We didn't think anything of it, for about 2 minutes and then it hit. We got of the interstate and tried to stay under an overpass but there was already cars pilled up and no room for us, we made our to downtown and it was a flood, we finally made it to McDonalds to eat, which took way too long to get our food, and then we were on the road again. The kids did great traveling like usual. Prepping them for the drive to Texas, 2 full days of driving.
