Friday Cinch didn't have school because of Kindergarten round up. It was nice to have him home for the day. That afternoon, some of our friends from Alliance came out to play, they are moving to Texas in a couple weeks so we wanted a last ho-rah.
Horse riding, tree climbing, trampoline, digging, hot dog roasting fill our time until dark. It was fun by all even if it was the last time until our paths cross again.
Saturday was another full day, and party time. We hosted a "neighborhood" birthday party for Chris, our bachelor down the road. We had quite a few families come and even got the new zip line up in time. Unfortunately a cold front was moving in so we had to move inside for the last bit. But a great birthday day party for sure- and he didn't have to twist my arm to hard to make his favorite cake- German Chocolate.... oh how I love German chocolate cake.
