"What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life - to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories." --- George Eliot

Two

Our little man turned two on Sunday. Its hard to believe its been that long and but yet it seems he has been a part of us forever. It was a great day to celebrate. Saturday night Daniel went and picked up balloons after Cinch had gone to sleep and he was super exited to see balloons first thing in the morning.
After church Daniel's parents, brothers Jared & Kyle, sister Kalee, and our good friend Bill came to help us celebrate. He was super happy we had a house full of people but the excitement grew after he opened
THOMAS! He needed a Thomas engine to go with his new train table. And then we tired to open the last two presents with a little persuasion he put Thomas down and opened up his own tool belt, hard hat, and tool box.
And that is when Jared taught him to hit the hard hat with the hammer- very o.s.h.a. safe.
But well the tools were cool- but he got Thomas so nothing could really beat that at the moment.

And then it was time to blow out candles on his train cake and eat it & ice cream.

And nothing could finish off a birthday any better than Gram reading the bed time story for the night.

Off to the terrible two's we go- hopefully they just wont be that terrible.

Happy Birthday Cutie Pie!

The terrible twos aren't so bad after the initial shock (why are they acting like that!) is over....oh come on what am I saying. Have fun with potty training :) Looks like a fun birthday party! Hope our two crazy two year olds get together soon.
