Day 34 of calving

Didn't sleep much of the night- the inducing drug kicked in at Midnight, Daniel slept from 10:30 to midnight and then was up. I didn't sleep much after he had left.

BEST NEWS of the day.... At lunch the Vet professor told me they were LEAVING after lunch!

Roast, mashed potatoes, salad, jello, peach pie

After lunch, I rested for a couple hours and then started deep cleaning.
Reorganized my pantry, cleaned out the fridge, scrubbed the floors (with Mr Clean and Bleach)
Straight Bleached my 1/2 bath (it was so disgusting)
Scrubbed the dinning table, moved the rug from under it and scrubbed the floor there too.

It felt and smelled WONDERFUL to know I wouldn't have 10 people in and out of the house at least 3 times a day.

We still have 5 to calve, but the vet student crew is done! We'll still have our ranch interns through August, but I don't have to feed, clean or pick up after them.

I can't believe I made it! Thank you for the prayers and words of encouragement along this LONG month.
