His wish is granted...

His wish is granted... well both of their wishes granted. Daniel was able to enter the team roping competition last Friday night (which took some persuading because he is an 'intern' not an 'employee'). He was so excited to be able to rope.
And Cinch's wish was granted as well. We bent the ranch rules and let him ride. He was happier than a little kid on Christmas. The only bad part was when I had to take him off the saddle when Daniel had to rope. He was a kickin and screamin. Nobody could really believe how much this little boy loved to ride.

When Daniel was roping Cinch found some mud to play in and persuaded some other kids to join the fun.

There was only "a little" mud around since there was an hour down pour right before the roping started.

I love this picture. It is of Cinch and his little girl friend Maddie just talking to each other while riding with their dads. Maddie tries to love on Cinch but lets her no he won't take no lovin or bossin from a girl- unless it is Hazel.
