Friday night brought us back to the rodeo grounds. Everyone had planned on roping- but then something came up so they didn't rope. Since we were at the arena, with a horse, and no one around we took advantage of the moment and Daniel & Cinch rode for 45 minutes together. It was a peaceful evening with no rain clouds in sight and not too much humidity in the air. The rand has their own rodeo grounds because they host a rodeo every March- yep an outdoor rodeo in March. It used to be on the 24th of July but it was too hot so they switched it to March. Really nice set up with 6 buckin chutes, covered grandstand, cook shack, restrooms, announcer stand, roping chute, pretty much everything you would ever need. And for a small town arena it really puts stone/snowville's to shame.
