I knew that class would come in handy someday...

As I went through my 4 years of college most people were VERY surprised by the classes my major required-- electricity, welding, wood shop, animal production, etc.. Not most classes a girl would take and I was usually one of 4 girls in these classes. And, yes one of these classes came in to good use lately.

This would probably scare most people- bare wires, in an open wall, dealing with electricity- Luckily I had a whole semester class on electricity (wiring, diagrams, how to teach, demonstrations) so the few electrical problems that I have been fixing at my parents house before we move, have been done by ME- no call to an electrician needed. Thank goodness that tuition money is going to good use.
