December went by very fast. We were anxiously counting down til the 22nd when we'd fly to cold weather.
We enjoyed playing with the puppies until they went to new homes for Christmas.
The Kingsville Light Parade was a great time with friends.
Cookies with Santa at the school.
Building Christmas trains at Lowes. Chauncey even was able to build this time.
Enjoying the heat and water time in December.
Chauncey's school program. You can watch it here.
Daniel had lots of dressing up for presentations and lectureship classes.
The ward Christmas party.
The one thing that stuck out to us living in the city, is the fact you saw 3 different Santa's in 3 stores within 30 minutes and then a different at the school and church. It made it very confusing for the kids. Too many Santa helper's for our books. It was a very different time building up to Christmas. We had a few decorations up in the house, with the majority being in storage. The heat and green outside made it difficult to really feel like Christmas to us, we were so grateful to be flying home to spend it with family.
