Every year I tell myself I'm going to make sure to document our branding day the best, and I never do. I didn't even get a picture of the food, crew eating or anything but thats okay.
Branding day went well, I fed over 60 people. I did Navajo tacos again- and think I'll stick with them until I find something I like to cook that much of better.
I had great kitchen help and Cinch thought it was a great party day.
Ruby came to swim, during the branding and then Bubby and Shanna stayed and played afterwards. We sure do love to have friends over.
The joke on the ranch is the happiest day of the summer, is the day after your branding is over. No more worrying about food, are the cows in, will they go into the branding trap well, will we have enough help, etc, etc.
