"What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life - to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories." --- George Eliot

A Texas Trip Together

Daniel and I finally went on a trip, all by ourselves. It was really weird to not have the boys and I felt way to grown up getting our own rental car.
We drove to Utah on Saturday, and then flew out on Monday. This way the boys could stay with family and when we got home from Texas we could head to Idaho for the twins blessing day.

We flew from SLC to San Antonio to tour South Texas and look at a school program, that we've had our eyes on since 2009.
It was super fun, long, fast, lots of driving trip.

Some of the high lights
-Touring the famous King Ranch
-San Antonio River Walk
-Anderson Bean Outlet Boot Store  (Such killer deals)
-Going through Border Patrol
-The San Antonio Stock Yards
-Alamo
and great together time.
My siblings keep telling me I need to do this more, and well I felt refreshed and ready to be a better mom when I came home, so maybe I'll have to take their advise.

On the trip we were laughing about how neither of us had travel hardly at all, until we were out of high school and how many states we've actually cover so far in our lives.
