"What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life - to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories." --- George Eliot

Day 3 & 4

Day 3  we were able to hang out in the morning. And then headed out ot Travis and Ashli's house. The kiddos played for the afternoon and Ashli made just a yummy dinner of Chili and cornbread.

Day 4 was a LONG day.
We started out back at the library for story time. It was all about ducks. The boys made Duck hats- sang duck songs, and played with toys.
Afterwards Cinch REALLY needed to go to McDonalds, because they have "the most awesome forest play area mom". So I aim to please. Then we went to the Zoo. This zoo you can drive thru or walk. We decided to just drive through and wait to walk it on a little warmer day. Cinch was the photographer- I was the driver.

Then back to Target, another Cinch request, just too browse the toy aisles.
We came back to the hotel and Chauncey napped for the first time in many days. Happy time.
After nap time, I got brave and said we could go swimming. I was nervous to go without Daniel there to help me, but we survived.
Then we thought we'd be all ready for dinner when Daniel got home, usually around 5:30. Well that time came and went and so did lots of other minutes. And finally he got back at 7:30. We were all alittle anxious to see him.
Oh he stinks so bad from the feedlot! I make him keep all his work clothes out in the truck bed- they smell awful! And well, the whole town smells like a feedlot, most of the time :). I guess we just aren't ammune to it yet.
