After being as school and work all week- we all love the weekends. Cinch & I get 3 day weekends, which is good I don't think we could survive otherwise. Fridays we try and get all the house work done while Daniel's at school so Saturday we can play outside.
Cinch loves to climb to the top of the haystack. He usually has Ruf & the barn cat to play with up there. Little Lady can't make the climb yet and will just sit and the bottom and whine.
Cinch mauls Lady to death but she put up a good fight yesterday and scratched his face- rather have a scratch than a bite. Cinch tried to pout and ignore her, but it lasted less than 5 minutes.
Who knew running in circles while hanging on to the hose over the rafters could be so fun.
Lady runs in circles too and then they both get dizzy.
"Come on Cinch get up. It's time to play."
Cinch loves to go catch the horses. Most the time he heads under the fence and out in the pasture to the feed bunk and will sit and pet the horses while they eat. Santiago is much more patient than Goose but they both let him love on them. But as soon as the halters are in sight they are both gone. They know he can't trudge out through the snow yet.
Just waiting for Dad to bring 'em in.
Nothing like seeing your boys horseback with the snow covered Rockies in the background. We will surely miss our mountains next winter.
