Our Last Week in Island Park

Well the summer is almost done. We are finishing up our last week up here in the cool country (only 80's for the high) before moving back down to Utah. August has still been pretty busy with family reunions and horse back rides.

Our last week at church there was only 900+ quite a few less.

Cinch's first two bottom teeth have cut through and are coming in great- don't know if I am ready for that step yet. We went on our first date night without Cinch-- I personally had a hard time leaving and almost backed out- but Daniel was persistent and made me go which was great for me but it surprised me what a worry wort I was. Our date consisted of watching a rodeo-- YEA-- and getting totally soaked through all the layers of clothing :). School shopping for Daniel & Kyle which was not fun for all.

To get into the Olympic spirit even more the boys (Daniel, Kyle & Bill) did synchronized diving into the fish pond off the fish dock. With a lot of splashing and some encouraging scores it was a good afternoon of entertainment.

This next year in school Jared is FFA chapter President. To help their school and officer team get excited and try to expand I, with the help of the family, put on an officer retreat. It was a long day trying to do it with Cinch but with the families help I think the kids had a great day!
